Specify the order by contacting the administration of the municipal formation on the territory of which you want to rent a plot of land. Review the list of necessary documents and prepare a statement of land plot selection. It specify the name of the object you plan to build or place on the site, the proposed location in the district and give the reasons for the required size of the requested area. In the statement necessarily specify the type of rights to land – rent.

Administration or specially authorized by it shall determine, who is the owner of the requested area according to the land cadastre, as well as the conditions of its use. They are defined in accordance with environmental, town planning and other regulations on this area. The results of the selection, in the form of the act will be issued to you with the approved project boundaries of the land.

The act of choosing must be accompanied by approval of the location and boundaries of the land plot for placement of the specified object. It shall be signed by the various Supervisory bodies, representatives of which are part of the technical Council. You must obtain a copy of the decision on approval of the location, it must be attached to the project boundaries. In case of refusal you will receive a written justification, which can appeal to the court to appeal this decision.

After the publication of the deadline for submission of applications defined in a single month, during which anyone can submit applications. The auction is held, provided that the number of applications exceeds two. In this case, an auction, and the winner gets the right to conclude the lease contract on the selected land.
