Remember that choosing the right vocabulary helps to produce the desired effect. Therefore, do not use in the preparation of such documents, the following words: "bad", "failure", "panic", "error", "terrible", "hate" and "problem".

Qualify professional competence of the doctor on the following criteria: experience and professionalism, knowledge and skills within the speciality, a basic knowledge of emergency care, receptivity to learning, including the ability to self-education, knowledge of regulations, their rights and responsibilities.

Describe the efficiency of a doctor, noting its activity, timely execution, efficiency, responsibility, ability to plan own time and to act in force majeure situations.

Summarize the business side of a specialist, namely the talent to manage staff and nursing staff, skill in conflict resolution, knowledge of planning aspects of the work of his Department and organization relationships with other departments and services of the clinic.

Assess the personal qualities of the doctor, paying special attention to the compliance with deontology and business ethics. Here you should provide care to patients, and goodwill in relationships with colleagues, level of stress tolerance, sociability, and peculiarities of temperament, the emotional-volitional sphere and the degree of conflict.
