Try to call the operator from your mobile phone to the special number 0890. You will hear a voice answering machine that will tell you what to do next. The transition in the different departments of the technical support is by clicking on various keys. If you want to directly contact an operator, press 0 or just wait for some time. The technical support staff member can meet immediately or at a later time, if the line is busy. Please note that the call to the number 0890 free MTS subscribers residing in the territory of Russia and Belarus, as well as users of networks "M" (Ukraine), VivaCell-MTS (Armenia) and UZDUNROBITA (Uzbekistan).

Subscribers of other operators can call the operator from your mobile phone by dialing 8-800-3330890. Please note that the room may vary depending on the region where you are. To specify it, go to the MTS website and choose your region, then go to "Contact center" or just call the city help Desk. After dialing the correct number, you immediately go into the voice menu, the principle of which is specified in the previous step.

If you do not have a mobile phone, try to call the operator from a landline phone. Dial in international format the number to include country code, city code and number of the technical support service of MTS. For example, in the Moscow region it will look like the following: +7 - 495 - 7660166. A call inside the region is also free.
