To obtain land from the state, contact the local municipality. Fill the application form of the proposed form. You will be asked to participate in the auction, which take place systematically after the submission of a sufficient number of applications.

Land can issue in the property for free persons who have received it in rent and never made out in a plot of land provided by the state, and if the plot is a structure owned by a citizen.

If you belong to these categories or you have a building which you have erected on illegally occupied territory, contact the local administration with the statement. Apply to land cadastral passport, you will have to do at his own expense. The administration will make a decision on the transfer of land in ownership free of charge.
