For privatization of land under your house collect the documents confirming the right of use of the land (it can be: a contract of lease of a land plot, the decision of the district administration on the withdrawal of land for land , etc.); cadastral plan of the site (make it the special organization that carried out the survey and measurement of land plots); a certificate from the land Committee on the normative value of land; the inquiry from tax inspection about the plot and the amount of land tax; technical passport of the house and help from the BTI on its appraised value.

For purchase of state land for development, contact the district administration with a request you need a plot.

Plots for construction are allocated by the administration within settlements and only auctions. The time and place of the auction, the administration shall specify on their websites or in printed publications, together with a list of proposed areas and their starting value. Useful advice
Part of the site are different. It turns out that not every allotment is legally referred to herein as "land".
