If family circumstances (the imminent birth of a child, wedding of a beloved son and much more) you need to use some leave later, you need to contact the head of the organization, a statement on early exitof e from home. The statement is written in any form. It is desirable to indicate why the required transfer and the expected date of use of remaining days of vacation. If you used part of leave exceeding 14 calendar days, the employee has the right to add unused days to next regular vacation.
In the case where the duration of leave exceeds 28 calendar days, the possible payment of compensation for days in excess. For example, if the vacation 34 K. D. (there is additional leave for irregular working hours), for 6 K. D. a possible compensation.
The preferred option should be stated in the statement.

The labour code of the Russian Federation (clause 3, article 125) contains a list of employees who cannot be recalled from vacation, even if it has their written consent. So, you cannot cancel leave for workers under 18 years, pregnant women working in industries associated with harmful or dangerous working conditions.
