A few hours before bedtime try to relax, not to overload yourself with unnecessary emotions and experiences, dense dinner and exercise. Take a bath and enjoy a soothing case, for example, embroidery.

Decide in advance what you want to see in a dream. This should not be a detailed description of the plot, because dreams are built on their own internal logic. Specify what intellectual or creative challenge you want to solve, and in the dream you help to come. Or, maybe you wish to visit any country, go on an adventure, to see someone close to you. In any case, the objective should reflect relevant and exciting situation.

Given a specific purpose, some times scroll it in my head, and then write down on a piece of paper.

Now you need to tune in to remembering the dream. To do this, put a pad and pen near your bed so that after waking up immediately to fix everything I saw you in a dream. By this gesture as if you are expressing a serious and respectful attitude to their dreams, and this increases the chance that they will react in the same way.

Program yourself to Wake up immediately after you will dream of sleep. The fact that during the night we can see up to five dreams, and is usually the last. So give yourself an internal setting to Wake up immediately after the desired sleep over.

Learn how to be in border States, which accompany us before and after sleep. Do not fall asleep immediately, as soon as your head hit the pillow, and do not jump out of bed immediately after waking up. The border state between sleep and reality is a sort of cleft in the worlds from which we can obtain important information.

During sleep when you are in this border state, submit to the smallest details of the picture that you want to dream. Use all your imagination and fantasy. After a few minutes you gently and quietly go to the land of dreams.

Waking up, not in a hurry to get back to reality and try to cling to the remnants of the fantastic images that have not completely evaporated from your mind. Remember that was before them, a scroll what you see and learn.

When sleep will completely leave you, you will understand that is fully awakened, getting out of bed, write down everything that I managed to remember, but also something that POPs up in your memory during fixation of sleep.
