To enhance potency, prepare a restorative drink, which has a tonic effect and regulates metabolism. Take a tablespoon of the roots of spikenard, red and goldgo root, leaves, cranberries, grass, willow, viburnum berries and sea buckthorn berries, 2 tablespoons of leaves of bergenia, all components grind and mix. 1 tablespoon of prepared herbal collection pour in the evening with half a liter of cold water. In the morning, bring infusion to a boil and allow steeping for 1 hour. Then strain. Take 0.5 cups, adding a teaspoon of honey.
