Bureau of technical inventory issue certificates for residential and non-residential premises only to the owner of the premises or a certified representative of the owner.

Often, to get the necessary help, you are invited to update information in the technical documents of the building. It is legal if the information specified in the documents of BTI for 5 or more years. After 5 years all technical documents to be updated with changes if they were without making any changes, but definitely with the participation of technical staff of the BTI and carrying out the inspection. Only after production of new technical documents will give you the required help. This is done for a long time, but the payment rate for the speed process can be accelerated to 1-2 days.

When ordering documents, statements and certificates of physical persons need to present a passport, the document on the right to property in the building. Will also require a marriage certificate or divorce. You may need a death certificate or birth, depending on for what and which document you need.

Useful advice
Receipt of documents from the BTI required at the registration of ownership of real estate, if the transfer of ownership or assignment of the contract of purchase/sale/exchange etc. For providing the necessary documents BTI at the request of the Bureau of Technical Inventory charges a mandatory state fee.
