To calculate hourly

**payment for****labour**for the current month, if you want to make**payment**for an under-spent month of work, divide the salary by the number of working hours in the settlement month. The resulting figure is the hourly rate for the current month. Then multiply this figure by the number of actually worked hours. The result will be equal to the actual earned amount, to which must be added the percentage of the regional coefficient, to take away the income tax and the advance part of the wages.2

To calculate hourly

**payment for****labour**employee who works at piecework, make the average calculation of earnings three months. To do this, add up all the earned amount for 3 months, divide by the number of hours in the billing period. The resulting figure is the hourly tariff rate. To determine the average number of hours worked to calculate the hourly wage

**of labor**, refer to the annual letter Minsoc**of labor**in which the instructions for calculating the working time in each month of each year.4

If you need to calculate the hourly wage

**of labour**over the estimated period of 12 months, add up all the earned amount for the period, divide by 12 and by 29.4. Consider only those amounts from which you withhold personal income tax. One-time payments, material assistance,**payment**of sick leave in the total calculation does not include.5

Include in the calculation of all awards, cash rewards and other payments that are systematic and recorded in the employment agreement or internal legal acts of the enterprise.

When staff from the salary or piece rate

**labor**on an hourly**payment**will notify all two months before the planned changes. Make changes to the employment contract by drawing up of the supplementary agreement, secure all changes in the internal legal acts and orders.
