On the website of the Ministry of industry and trade http://www.minpromtorg.gov.ru/ find the form for the disposal and print it.

Make the dealer a power of attorney by which he can remove the car from the register, to be disposed of, etc.

Enclose with your dealer a contract for the disposal.

Pay state fee in the amount of 3000 rubles.

Select the dealer a new car.

After the disposal and processing of the relevant documents complete the purchase of your new vehicle on which you will be given a discount of 50 000 rubles.

In the framework of the program of recycling of old car to change it, but only if it was assembled in Russia.
