The powder is thoroughly mixed with lemon juice. The resulting mass should not be too thin, and try to avoid lumps. A bowl of weight you need to close with cling film or any plastic bag and let stand for at least 12 hours. If the paste is too thick, it should again dilute the lemon juice and again let stand.
