A gargle for the throat
Take 1 teaspoon of dry raw material – chamomile, sage, plantain and mother and stepmother. Pour 1 liter of boiling water and let steep for at least an hour. Strain the decoction and rinse your throat every 2 hours. For rinsing, use only warm water.
Another effective recipe of broth. You will need the following collection: raspberry leaves, marshmallow root, peppermint, calendula, horsetail. Measure each component to 1 teaspoon, pour 1 liter of boiling water and put in a water bath for 15-20 minutes. Cool, strain, squeeze 1 drop of eucalyptus oil and gargle 3-4 times a day after meals.
Well relieves dryness and sore throat salt solution with the addition of a small quantity of essential oils. Dissolve in a glass of warm boiled water 0.5 tsp. of sea salt (food grade), drip 1 drop of oil of eucalyptus and sage. Gargle every 2 hours.
And another tool. Take 1 tsp of natural honey, stir to it 1 drop of tea tree oil and sage. Then dilute the honey with glass of warm water. Rinse spend 4-6 times a day.
Inhalation at home

A warm drink
