There is a common reception of the Moscow government. By phone (495) 633-51-90 you can obtain background information on the procedure record on personal reception to the mayor. Mode reception from 10.00 till 19.00 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 13.00 to 19.00 hours on Thursday and from 10.00 to 16.00 hours Friday. Lunchtime in a government reception every day from 12.00 to 13.00 hours.

On the portal of the government of the capital has an electronic reception, which provides additional opportunities for appeals of individuals and legal entities in the Moscow government. On the web page, fill out the form (on message with incomplete or inaccurate information about the sender, the answer is not given); you can attach a file with a maximum size of 5 MB. With the consent of the Complainant the response from the mayor on the appeal will come in written form (in envelope to the address), by email or orally by telephone.
