Fill in the form for applying to the online reception is located at http://eis.oprf.ru/treatments/send/. Here you will need to enter in the active field information (surname, name and patronymic), enter your e-mail and phone, to choose the addressee of the appeal Commission, unit or house) and enter a security code to access the next page.

Send your appeal to the postal address of the Public chamber of Russian Federation: 125993, Moscow, GSP-3, Miusskaya sq., 7, p. 1. At the same address you can contact if you want to deliver the letter personally. Reception for citizens is open from 10:00 to 17:00 (on Fridays until 16:45). Don't forget about the lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00.
