At any Embassy letter match in the national language of countries or international English. If your skills of foreign speech writing is poor, ask someone who knows the language, to help you. In almost every case there are patterns of complaints, which can be viewed on the website of the Embassy. If the desired sample is not there, write a letter in a free form, following only the General requirements. In the top left corner put the date of application, then specify the name and the name of the person to whom you write and post it. Then specify the address of the Embassy in the following order: street, house, city. The text of the letter begin with the treatment of, for example, "Dear Mr. Smith".

With a new line, clearly state your request or describe the problem. After the text, put your full name, patronymic and surname, enter your full home address and contacts, for example, a phone number or email address. Also must contain your personal signature. If you write by hand, the text should be as legible.
