Before connecting the services to make sure that your mobile phone supports Internet access through WAP and GPRS. This information can be found in the instructions to the apparatus.

In order to connect to the Internet from the operator MTS, you need to go to the phone menu, select "Settings>wifi" and create a new APN with the following settings: profile name: MTS WAP; home page: wap.mts.ru; data bearer: GPRS; access point: wap.mts.ru or internet.mts.ru; address IP: 192.168.192.168; Port: 9201 or 8080; user name and password: mts. The menu names and the number of settings depends on the specific device model.

To connect access the Internet from your phone to the Android operating system hit the MENU button of your device and select "settings", then select "Wireless connection".

Check the box "Mobile Internet", then select "Mobile networks". Select the profile MTS internet or click menu "new APN for your new connection point" with the following parameters: name – MTS internet; APN internet.mts.ru; username and password – mts.

Connect the tariff option "BIT" or "Superbit" for unlimited Internet from the phone. To do this, dial *111*995# to connect by selecting "BIT") or *111*628# to connect by selecting "Superbit") and the call key. You can also send a message 995 to connect options "BIT") or 628 (to connect by selecting "Superbit") to the number 111. In the case that the total amount of received-data transmitted reaches 5 MB/h (for option "BIT"), or 15 MB/h (for option "Superbit"), speed reduced to 64 Kbps until the end of the hour.

At preservation of speed limits (in the case of service disconnection) disconnect the GPRS connection and re-install it.
