Select one of the sending options:
– by mail;
– by personal delivery;
– by Fax;
– in electronic form.

To send a letter to the State Duma in the mail, write on the envelope the following address: 103265, Moscow, Okhotny Ryad street, building 1.

If you want to bring the letter personally, then go to the following address: Moscow, Mokhovaya str., building 7 (metro station "Lenin Library"). There is a reception of the State Duma. Open weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00, Friday until 16:00. A break for lunch, no weekend and public holidays, reception is not working.

To send a letter by Fax, at number: (495) 697-42-58.

Appeals to the State Duma in written form shall meet the following requirements. Be sure to specify your name and surname, full postal address, which should be sent in response. In the letter, describe the problem or suggestion, put a personal signature and date.

You can also send a letter to the State Duma in electronic form. To do this, use the official portal which is located at the following web address: http://www.duma.gov.ru. In the right side column, click on the link "Send the address to the State Duma" or go directly at: http://www.duma.gov.ru/representative/addresses/leave/.

Read the information on the page. In the appropriate boxes enter the required information. Those fields marked with a red asterisk must be filled in. Specify your name, surname and patronymic name, postcode and address (for responses in writing), e-mail address (for responses in electronic form), the text of the letter and the special symbols with image is required to confirm that you are not a robot. Click the "Send message". Additionally you can specify who exactly addressed your letter.

If you need to send an e-mail message, together with an additional file, send it to the following address stateduma@duma.gov.ru. Attachment size should not exceed 1.5 megabytes.
