The first way to get the easiest cream: take fresh milk and put it in a cool place. After some time (about a day) milk settles and on top a layer of cream.

Then it should be carefully drained so as not to mix it with milk. For this there are special spoons creamers. They are very convenient to collect the supernatant fat.

The other way requires little skill and the presence of separator milk cleaner, which are separated into skim milk and cream.

To do this, fresh milk is poured into the machine and then regulate the fat content, i.e. at desire it is possible to obtain not only the cream, but leave some fat for milk. This process will take time. However, in the end you will receive free of contamination products. The cream obtained in this way usually tastes better. Of them also easier to churn butter.

Choose the method that suits you, and don't forget the most important thing is to use only fresh milk.
