On the desktop click "start" and select "control Panel". In the opened window click "Network and Internet".

In the window that appears click "control Center network and sharing".

The system displays the menu "Change network settings". Select the first "setup a new connection or network".

Choose a connection option "Connect to a workplace" and click on the "Next"button.

In the new window select "Use my Internet connection (VPN)". Click "Next".

You will be prompted for the introduction of the Internet address to connect to. In the "Internet address" you must specify "vpn.internet.***.EN", where "* * * " is the name of your provider. For example, "vpn.internet.beeline.ru". The exact address can be obtained from the network administrator. In the "destination Name" specify the name of the VPN connection. Below, check "don't connect now, just run the installation to connect in the future" and click "Next".

In the appeared window enter the User (login) and password to access the Internet. Click on the "Create" button and in the appeared window click "Close".

In the window "control Center network and sharing", click "Change adapter settings" on the left. In the opened window, locate the icon for your VPN connection and click on it right mouse button. The pop-up menu click "Properties" and tick the required items in the tabs "General", "Settings", "Security" and "Network". Click "OK".

Click with the left mouse button on the icon of your VPN connection. In the opened window, specify User and password to connect. Check the "Save username and password". Click on the button "Connect".

After the connection is established, the system will display a window where you can select the network type. Specify "Public network". The connection completed successfully.
