If the time of inactivity should be declared in a separate structural unit, his supervisor should write a memo to the Director. Its contents should state the reasons that served as downtime. The note must specify the date on which it occurred. The Director need to review the document and if approved, put it on a resolution which must contain the date and signature of the first person of the company.
Make an order in any form. In the header of the document, write the name of the organization in accordance with the Charter or other constituent document or the surname, name, patronymic of a physical person, if the OPF enterprises – individual entrepreneur. Enter the name of the document in capital letters. Specify the number and date of the order. The theme of the document should correspond to the announcement of downtime for the enterprise as a whole or for individual business units. The reason for the issuance of the order may be a shortage of material, lack of orders and others.
The content of the order specify the surname, names, patronymics of the workers to declared simple, the names of their positions, structural divisions. During idle employees cannot perform their work functions prescribed in the contract. If simple was the fault of the employer or reasons beyond its control, the days of downtime paid professionals in the amount of 2/3 of the salary of the average wage (if it is declared, for example, due to the lack of requests from clients), full size (when what happened there is the fault of the employer).
Select the start date and the end of downtime. If it ends sooner or later written in the order date, then the Director should issue a new order in which to enter the actual date of expiration.
If simple was the fault of the employee, this period he is not paid, and is charged an administrative penalty of a fine.
During downtime the employee can not perform his duties, so the employer may allow employees to be absent during the period of inactivity in the workplace. This fact should be specified in the order.
Sign the order with the seal of the company, signed by the Director of the organization. Familiarize employees with the document. Employees should put the personal signature and date of review.
