Recipe pickled cucumbers
To pickle the cucumbers a quick method, you will need the following ingredients based on a three-liter jar:
- 2-3 tbsp of salt;
- 2 tbsp sugar;
- a sprig of dill;
- a sprig of parsley or celery;
- 2 pieces of Bay leaves;
- garlic to taste.
