You will need
- - cucumbers - 1 kg;
- - sparkling mineral water - 1 liter;
- - garlic - 4-5 cloves;
- Sol - 2 tbsp (no slides);
- - fresh dill - 100 g.
Thoroughly wash cucumbers and cut off the tips on both sides. Peel garlic and slice it in small pieces.
Take a glass or enamel saucepan and place it the bottom of the fennel and sliced garlic. Put in a pan prepared cucumbers and again cover them with a layer of dill and garlic.
A bottle of sparkling mineral water, add some salt, close the lid several times and vigorously shake the bottle so that the salt dissolved faster. Pour the prepared brine in a saucepan with the cucumbers.
Cover cucumbers with a plate and put in a cool place to infuse. You can remove the cucumbers in the refrigerator. After 12 hours you can remove from the pan and serve amazing freshly-salted cucumbers is elastic, crispy and flavorful.
For pickling these cucumbers can be used not only mineral, but also a dining room with carbonated water.
