You will need
  • 1 kg of cucumbers, 2 liters water, 100 grams salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons dried dill 1 tablespoon dried parsley 1 tablespoon dry mustard.
Thoroughly rinse the cucumbers, garlic cut into thin slices, dry herbs chop.

In boiling water dissolve salt and sugar, mix well.
