To reach Vladykino from any point of Moscow most quickly by metro. To do this, first go to the transfer station, allowing you to change on Serpukhovsko-Timiryazevskaya line (in use - "grey branch"). The station is one line to change in the following way:
- from the station "Ulitsa starokachalovskaya" Butovskaya line (light-blue) to station "Dmitry Donskoy Boulevard";
- from the station "Kakhovskaya" Kakhovska line (pale celadon) - at the station "Sevastopol";
- from the station "Dobryninsky" the Ring line (brown) to station "Serpukhovskaya";
- from the station "Novoslobodskaya" the Ring line (brown) to station "Mendeleevskaya";
- from the station "Arbat" Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya line (blue) and "Biblioteka imeni Lenina" of the Sokolnicheskaya line (red) to the station "Borovitskaya";
- from the station "Tverskaya" Zamoskvoretskaya line (green) and "Pushkinskaya" Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya line (pink line) to station "Chekhovskaya";
- from the station "Trubnaya" lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya line (green) to station "Color Boulevard."

Once on the Serpukhovsko-Timiryazevskaya line, select the direction corresponding to the station "Vladykino", and will continue to go in this direction.

Some lines of the Moscow metro directly from Serpukhovsko-Timiryazevskaya line do not intersect, so you'll have to make two transfers. It is most convenient to use a circle line, but sometimes it is more rational to move inside the ring. Currently under construction, the station "lower Maslovka", which will connect with the Serpukhovsko-Timiryazevskaya line under construction Third interchange circuit (orange color, not to be confused with the Kaluzhsko-Rizhskaya line of the display with which the Serpukhovsko-Timiryazevskaya line no). Also near the station "Petrovsko-Razumovskaya" Serpukhovsko-Timiryazevskaya line in the future will be built a station of the lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya line of the same name, as well as the transition between them.

Railway station "Vladykino" is located on the Moscow circular railway. This road intersects with all of Moscow's radial routes: Leningrad, Savelovsky, Yaroslavl, Kazan, Gorky, Kursk, Paveletsky, Kiev, Smolensk and Riga. But for passengers it is not designed - it will run only freight trains. In the future it is planned to put this road passenger trains, and then get to Vladykino will be on it.

To reach Vladykino ground transportation, use one of the following bus routes:
- 24 - from Trubnaya square, the metro stations "Trubnaya", "Tsvetnoy Bulvar", "Dostoevskaya", "Mar'ina Roshcha", "Riga", monorail station "Telecenter", and also (in another direction) from the hotels of VVC;
- 33 - from metro stations "VDNH" and "Botanical garden";
- 53 - from the metro station "Bibirevo" and "Altufevo";
- 76 - from the metro station VDNKH, monorail station "Telecenter";
- 85 - from the metro station "Riga", "Alekseevskaya", VDNKH, monorail station "Telecenter", and also (in another direction) from the hotels of VVC;
- 154 - from metro stations "VDNH" and "Botanical garden", and also (in another direction) from the Khovrino district;
- 238 - from metro stations "Babushkinskaya", "vidradne", "Botanical garden", and also (in another direction) from the hotels of VVC;
- 259 - from the street, and the metro station "Altufievo";
- 637 - from the metro station "Bibirevo" and "Otradnoe".

To get to Vladykino on foot or by car via the highway Sokolowska from the streets and the Botanic station, as well as on the Signal travel from the Dmitrov highway and Birch Avenue. Also to the metro station "Vladykino" you can exit the main entrance of the Botanical garden.
