You will need
- Recovery download file ctfmon.exe.
For a map of the languages of thefirst panel meets the file ctfmon.exe which by default should be on the startup menu. Its absence indicates a problem with the download, which could be caused by another failure. After that, restart your computer and check the language bar.
For Windows XP operating system. Just right click on the taskbar, click on the element with the list of "toolbars" and select "Language bar".
Then click menu "start" and go to "control Panel". In the opened window, select the item "Language and regional standards". In the applet window, navigate to the tab "Languages" and click the "read More".
In the new window, navigate to the "Advanced" tab and uncheck the option "turn Off advanced text services". Go back to the Settings tab of the same window and click "Language bar", then check the box next to "Show the language bar on the desktop".
After that, if desired, the panel did not appear, therefore, the problem arose because of the file ctfmon.exe. To resolve this problem click, the start menu and select Run. In the opened window type msconfig in the empty field, then click "OK".
In the system settings window, navigate to the "startup" tab and check the box next to the line ctfmon. After restarting the computer, the language bar should be displayed.
