Only mandatory condition for such pensioners should be the observance of the norms of seniority. For men continuous service equals 40 years, women - 35.

If you fit one of these categories of citizens, then you need to collect the documents and go to the Department of social protection of the population in the Moscow region at the place of their permanent registration. In the packet of papers included a passport (the document proving your identity, with a mark about registration in Moscow region), the application for obtaining the title of "Veteran of labor", proof of your existing rewards: orders or medals, documents proving your work experience (employment history or contracts for the provision of services). For those who began his career during the great Patriotic war, you need confirmation of this fact using the relevant information or archival documents.

To consider your application and attached documents will be within 15 days. And for a final decision in the Ministry of social protection of Moscow region will collect a Commission. After it will be adopted a resolution to give you the title, or refuse, the decision will be announced to you within 5 working days from the date of the meeting.
