You will need

- work - book and complete photocopy
- - certificate of General experience (Pension Fund)
- - photo 3X4
- - if you are awarded medals, orders, insignia, and if you have been awarded the title "Honored teacher", "Honored power engineer", "Specialist class" or the like, you need to provide supporting documents and/or photocopies
- - if you began to work during the great Patriotic war of 1941-1945, not reaching in this age, prepare the supporting documents (transcripts)

Complete the application for granting you the title of "Veteran of labour". The statement will need to transfer the documents confirming your right to receive this title. The application form can be taken in the territorial bodies of social protection.

Provide collected documents along with the application for review to the social security authorities. To leave the original documents is not required – enough to pass their copies, showing the original receiving entity. After the documents are accepted, you will be assigned a date for the next visit. In different regions of Russia, the processing time may last from 1 to 15 days.

Remember that to get the certificate as well as submit the documents for you, nobody can. Your personal presence is necessary. For the procedure of awarding the title "Veteran of work" there is no charge.
You can refuse the title, if not provided all documents, so be careful when collecting and processing. If the data specified in documents, find controversial, you may appeal the denial of assignment of a rank "the Veteran of work" in court, but not later than 3 months from the moment when you learned about the refusal.
