Our habits in dealing with people are moving to the habits of the body. Someone used to frown, to doubt, to be indignant – look into people and see how the voltage is fixed on their face: the knitted brow, pursed lips, narrowed eyes. Sometimes getting rid of stress is difficult, even if the person knows it.
The tension arises because of the constant stress which affects our body and mind. Try to change your way of life, more time to devote to yourself, your rest and relaxation. Get in the habit every evening to take a hot bath at least 10 minutes. A pair of air beneficial to the skin and release tension. In the bath or lying in bed after a hard day close your eyes, but do not close them completely. Just release the musclesthat support the eyelids. Slowly pass over the point-by-point. Relax your cheeks and ears, the scalp. Please note, not trapped if the muscles of the forehead relaxed if the point between the eyebrows. Relax the muscles around the eyes and soothe the eyes, stopping them in one place. Mentally go to the nose. Fix attention on the tip of the nose, further weakening the bridge of the nose and nostrils. Relax your upper and lower lip, tongue, lower jaw. All over your face as still a frozen mask. You feel like to breath the cold air passes through the nostrils, as you exhale it, when heated, a thin trickle tickles his upper lip. Imagine how light and streamed over the face, as with each breath the tension out of your body. Your muscles are so relaxed that seemed to run down my face. Repeat this exercise every night. Pre-squeeze the muscle hard will scrivete face, hold your breath for a few seconds and with a loud exhale release the tension.
Do acupressure face in the morning before applying makeup in the evenings before bed or even at lunchtime. Try to relax and nothing to think. Start to massage the tense areas in the following order:
1 point between the eyebrows;
2 the nose over the inner corners of the eyes. Gently RUB up and down the area between points 1-2;
3 the outer edge of the upper eyelid under the eyebrow;
4 outer corners of the eyes;
5 the Central point under eyes: massage the cheekbones with four fingers, fingering them to my temples;
6 massage the forehead from a point above the centre of the eyebrows to the hairline;
7 from the hairline down to the temples;
8 from the temples, move along the direction of hair growth, lifting the ears;
9 massage of the mouth from the centre under the nose to the corners of the lips;
10 point at the base of the skull on the back of the neck. Move from her ears, with light patting movements;
11 the center of the chin under the lower lip;

Once a week to do baths for the face with aromatic oils. Pick up the oil to your skin type, taking into account individual preferences. Dissolve in boiling water a few drops of lavender essential oil, Jasmine, ylang-ylang, patchouli or any other oils with a calming effect. Consider the dosage of the oil, this information is always written in the instructions. Cover your head with a towel and breathe in the aromatic steam for several minutes. Do not use the cream for the face this evening.
Be constantly mindful. Watch your face, and posture. As soon as you remember about it, relax the muscles. Gradually it will enter you into the habit. A serene expression of the face and easy smile will help you cope with difficulties.
