To get information about the calls, use the self-service system. To do this, go to the official website of JSC "MTS" -
Once on the home page, on the top right pane, find the inscription "entrance to the Internet Assistant", click on it. You will see the page where you can enter the ten digit number and password to access the self-service area. In that case, if you were not previously registered password, get it. To do this from your mobile phone send a message to the short number 111, the SMS text should be as follows: "25 (put a space) and enter password".
Once on the "Internet Assistant", you will see a menu. On the account tab, find the setting "call details", click on it. Next, select the period and click "OK".
Choose the method of delivery information about the call – via email or in the self-service system. Click on the option "Next". Specify the format of the document, click on "Next". Check out all of the order parameters, press "Order".
When the information is generated, it will appear under "Account" - "Order documents". Click on this item. Ahead you will see a list of ordered documents. Locate the desired document and click. After that, it will open in the specified format.
To order call details you can contact to the customer care office. For information, bring a document proving your identity. In that case, if you are not the owner of the account, execute a power of attorney in his name.
Turning to the operator, write a statement to receive information and calls. Specify in document period. After that, the technician will provide you the call details.
