The operator will ask you to fill out an application. Here specify the period for which you want to receive information; sign the statement. After that, the call details will be printed on paper.

Get call details using the self-service system. Type in the address bar the name of its mobile operator in English. For example, if you are a customer of OJSC "MTS" enter the following link www.mts.ru; if OJSC "MegaFon" - www.megafon.ru; if "Beeline" - www.beeline.ru.

Scroll down the page to the link on the self service system, it can have different names, such as "Internet Assistant", "Entrance to personal Cabinet", "Service Guide". Before that you have to create a password. The procedure of registration ask the operator, this information you can get using the official website of the company.

To enter the self-service enter your phone number and the registered password. In the personal Cabinet, select "call details (conversations)", click on it with the mouse cursor.

Record the data that you want to see in detail. For example, specify the period, types of calls, a method of obtaining information. If you are worried about the secrecy of information – put a password on it, and the phone book notification sent detail to your email box.
