You will need
- - threads;
- - adhesive;
To start, turn inside out the sleeves of the jacket. Lining one of them needs to be seamed on the outside (this is where the thing twisting in manufacturing).
Strut outer line on the sleeve. Then insert the hand inside (under the lining) and feel torn area of the jacket, firmly grab it and turn through a ripped piece of fabric on the sleeve.
Pick up the junk cut thin but dense matter. Cut a piece of such size that it not only covers the entire area of the gap, but also went beyond it, at least 1-1,5 cm on each side.
Take a strip of special adhesive cloth, is made on the basis of dry glue ( in the vernacular it is called "cobweb"). Cut a piece of fabric, the same size as the prepared patch.
Then lay the jacket so that the front side was laying on the table (Ironing Board). After that, flatten all the folds and wrinkles on the recovered matter, on top of the wrong side cover the rupture site fragment of tissue adhesive. And the very fabric of the adhesive cover directly with a piece of matter, prepared under the patch.
Then iron the whole treated area is moderately hot iron (without steam). Be sure to use cheesecloth.
Next turn the jacket to its original position and carefully sew the lining on the sleeve.
In the absence of tape you can use glue "Moment" for cloth (do not use superglue!). The principle is the same. But instead of "webs" patch to cover a small amount of glue. Once it dries out a bit, firmly apply the patch to the torn spot. Do not forget to adjust to each other all sides of the divide.
While stroking one of the layers of tissue can be displaced, and this is likely to lead to the appearance of folds on the surface of the jacket, which is unlikely then smooth. So better to tack the tape to the patch. This way you will lock the position of the two layers, which significantly simplifies the further procedure.
