Instruction
1
When composing the very first staffing in the column "document Number" set to "1". This would mean that this is the first document of this kind for the period.
2
For subsequent staffing, develop its own system of numbering. It can be end-to-end and annual. The through the system each schedule is assigned a sequence number. Because it is usually produced once a year, then next year it will be number 2, then 3 and so on.
3
In the annual system, each year starts new counting of the number of full-time schedules. If it is not changed during the year, that is, the number of employees and salaries remain the same, that next year, the recruitment officer creates exactly the same document as before, only with the new years edition of the documents. It should also appear under the number 1. In that case, if during the calendar year, or a reduction of States, as well as the revision of the tariff remuneration, the organization produces a new document, under number 2. However, next year the countdown schedules still starts with the number 1.
4
The organization has the right to issue one regular schedule for several years. In this case the next, whenever it may be released should be number 2. But every year, this long-term schedule should be confirmed by the head, which must be set to the new validity of the document.
5
If a regular schedule changes frequently and it becomes difficult to keep track of its changes over the years, you can add the digits of the alphanumeric code. It can indicate the cause of schedule changes, such as staff reductions or salary review. Such changes must be communicated to all staff personnel service in order to avoid confusion in the documents.
