Where to glue the hologram in the workbook

The presence of a holographic sticker in the workbook is not mandatory, it is only an additional tool to protect information that is contained in the workbook. Set this sticker at the discretion of the employer, which issues the labour book to the employee. This forms of labor books and inserts without holograms are valid.

Work-book of the established sample, according to article 66 of the Labour code of the Russian Federation is the main document confirming labour activity and the seniority of the employee. Form of work books, the order of their production, management, storage, their employers are established by the Federal Executive authority authorized by the government of the Russian Federation.

In paragraph 2 of article 46 of the "Rules of conducting and storage of work record cards, manufacturing of forms of employment record and ensure that their employers" indicated that the forms work book and insert into it have an appropriate level of protection. And no mention of the fact that holographic sticker must be present in the workbook, there is no "Rules of conducting and storage of work record cards, manufacturing of forms of employment record and ensure that their employers", or in some other normative legal act.

Now for the question of where to glue the hologram in the workbook. Stick it in the cover page itself employment record or insert into it. Exactly where the employer will affix the hologram does not matter. You can stick it at their own discretion, for example, the signature of the owner of the work book, the signature of the person responsible for maintenance of labor books, print company, which started the labor book to the employee.
