These include (in descending order of vitamin a content): spinach, lettuce, onion, green onions, broccoli, cabbage, cucumbers, cauliflower, green peppers, carrots, tomatoes, pears and apples. Black tea and coffee, replace with green tea, which also contains phylloquinone.
3
Take the "Menadione" - a synthetic analogue of vitamin K – 1 tablet 1-2 times daily with or without food. Do not take the drug alone more than 3 days, because it can provoke spontaneous thrombosis of blood vessels of internal organs.

Drink an infusion of nettle leaves. 1-2 teaspoons of dried plant material or 1 the filter pack pour a glass of boiling water, cover the container with a lid and leave it for an hour. Strain the infusion and drink 3-4 tablespoons twice a day 30 minutes before meals.

To improve the clotting of blood directly in the wound sprinkle it after processing any hemostatic powder: "Spongostan", "Angstrom", "Albanism", etc. Instead of powder you can use of collagen hemostatic sponge. It must be close to the source of the bleeding and hold as long as the blood in the wound will not clot. Do not attempt to apply these methods in wounds of large vessels, because they contribute to the emergence of "wandering" blood clots can clog vessels of the lungs, brain and other organs.
