How to take ownership

If you want to make rights of ownership on previously purchased property that is real property, issued prior to July 21, 1997, when entered into force the law on registration, contact BTI to proceed with obtaining a cadastral passport for housing. Based on the inspection of the house or apartment you will issue cadastral passport and a plan. Take the extract from the passport and a copy of the plan.

If you make a house, then immediately have to make land. For the registration of ownership of the land you will need to extract from the cadastral passport and the copy of the cadastral plan. If your area does not have the cadastral passport, please contact the Office for a single track of land, cadastre and cartography. Write a statement to call the engineer inventory. In your area will hold a list of necessary work, you will receive the technical documents. Register them in the center and get the extract from the cadastral passport and a copy of the cadastral plan of the site.

Received copies of and extracts, from the documents of title to house and land contact WFRC. Complete the application of the proposed sample, pay the state duty for registration. On the basis of documents submitted you will receive a certificate of ownership for housing and land. Certificate of ownership means that you entered into the right of ownership.

If you buy a plot or flat, the seller should have all of the mentioned statements, copies and certificate of ownership. Arrange notary or a written agreement of purchase and sale and the acceptance report of transfer and register rights of ownership in OFRC.

If you gave a property and you have a contract of donation, then register it in OFRC. In one month you will receive a certificate of ownership to donated assets. This will mean that you entered into the right of ownership.

If you want to join the right of ownership on the assets, after receipt of a certificate of inheritance, contact, WFRC and register their rights of ownership of the property.

To enter into the rights of ownership of the privatized property, call WFRC, submit all the documents on privatization and the extract from the cadastral passport with a copy of the cadastral plan. Fill out the application form, pay the state duty. On the basis of submitted documents your rights register and you will receive a certificate of ownership of privatized housing.
