EDS is a sequence of characters obtained by the conversion of any information with the help of special programs. A digital signature is added when forwarding to the original document and is unique. It is almost impossible to forge, but any change makes it invalid.

A review of the certificate or its suspension in the following circumstances: if your organization changed details ( e.g., INN or name); if your organization changed the person entitled to possession of the digital signature; if broken, the media that stored the key signature; if there has been a compromise of your key signature. In these cases, you must obtain a new certificate, cancel the same. It is not difficult, and the whole procedure takes place during the day.

Write a typical application for the certificate legibly complete all fields, sign and seal.

Scan the statement and send it to the email address of the regional office of your CA. By mail you can send the paper version. But it will take more time.

Contact your account Manager by phone or e-mail, tell us about the problem, learn the terms of the replacement of the key, payment details of its re-issue.
