You will need
    • 300-400 ml of milk,
    • 50 gr. vermicelli (webs),
    • sugar,
    • salt,
    • butter,
    • vanilla.
To cook milk soup is necessary before serving, otherwise the noodles will get limp and is not that delicious milk soup with noodlesthat you wanted to try, and jelly.
So, the first thing you need to boil the milk. Milk is best taken not in boxes, but a real country and it will taste much better. Put a small pan or pot on the fire, pour the desired amount of milk and leave to simmer, you will need to stir constantly with a wooden spoon.
In boiling milk you need to add required quantity of sugar and salt (to taste). There also add a small pinch of vanilla sugar for an enjoyable flavor and mix thoroughly.
Once the milk has boiled, add vermicelli. The noodles need to choose the small "spider web", it cooks much faster, about 5-7 minutes. To fill the need vermicelli in the boiling milk little by little, so they don't stick together and leave to stew on medium heat for 7-8 minutes stirring constantly in order not formed foam.
In the finished milk soup with noodles add a small piece of butter, stir, pour into a bowl and serve.
