Boil water. If you omit the vermicelli in cold water, they can stick together. Boil in plenty of water. 100 grams of pasta, take about 1 liter of water.
Vermicelli is put in salted boiling water. Stir contents with a spoon so that the pasta were divided among themselves. As soon as the water boils, make the flame smaller. See that the water has boiled away. The saucepan lid do not close, otherwise all the liquid will spill on the plate.
Cook noodles 10 to 12 minutes. Duration of cooking depends on the shape of the product and its quality. Try the readiness of the noodle taste. Cooked pasta should be firm and not overcooked. Make sure the noodles are not overcooked. If the pasta use either as a separate dish, and for example, in the casserole, then cooking time should be two times less.
Take a colander, pour over boiling water. This will heat it and prepare to the hot noodles. Pour contents of the pan into a colander, drain the water. Don't drain the pasta very carefully, they should remain a little liquid, otherwise they dry out. Rinse the noodles under cold boiled water. Put the colander on the pan to leak all the liquid residue.
Good heat the pan, add the butter or margarine. Put the noodles and heat it for five minutes. Gently stir with a fork. Serve the pasta on warmed plates, so that they long remained hot. Eat the pasta immediately after cooking. If they're gonna stand up in sauce or oil, you can limp.
