Perform a shutdown of services through the "Service Guide" on the official website of the operator "MegaFon". To do this, go to "Service Guide" by clicking the link with the appropriate name in the main window of the website. If you do not have a password for login, use the algorithm of receipt described on the next page, just below the fields for entering data. After you receive the password, enter it and your phone number in a form. Select the section: "Manage services", then "Disable all emails".

Contact hour information service network "MegaFon" phone 0500. Proceed according to the advice of the system, pressing the appropriate numbers to navigate to the desired menu: "Connect and disconnect services." Or, contact the operator, give your passport details and ask him to turn off unnecessary mailing lists. The same can be done directly in the office-the representation of a network "Megaphone", with your passport. If you will refuse to help, you can refer to the possibility of appeal to a higher authority (e.g., CPS).

If advertising (jokes, news, etc.) appears on the phone screen without any action on your part, you can disable it. This service is called "Kaleidoscope" and is enabled automatically for many sim cards subscribers of "MegaFon". To get rid of this service, go to the main menu of your phone, go to the app MegaFonPRO, select "Kaleidoscope", then "Settings", "Broadcasting" and "Off".

In addition, in the settings of your phone you can also disable the option "Messages" or "Service message" (the name depends on phone model). To do this, go to the main menu, navigate to: "sms", then select "Settings" and then the above subparagraphs.
