For obtaining the permit should go to the local doctor for the community. In the presence of medical indications, the physician should complete the reference for obtaining the permit, which must include the name of the sanatorium, profile, and recommended season.

With your completed application and certificate must apply to the social insurance Fund. In addition, you must provide a document confirming the right to social assistance (issued by the pension Fund). A document confirming the assignment of a preferential category of the citizen (disability, etc.) and passport. Within two weeks, the Pension Fund must inform you about the possibility of citizen vouchers.

After obtaining the permit, the clinic must obtain a sanatorium card. After treatment in sanatorium is necessary to return back the ticket to the clinic.
Note
The list of diseases in which the treatment is carried out at the expense of Social insurance: myocardial infarction, impaired circulation of the brain, pancreatitis, peptic ulcer, duodenal ulcer, removal of the gallbladder, angina, diabetes, developmental defects of the spine, working pregnant women, and children from low-income families.
Useful advice
When sending people for aftercare in sanatorium, the physician must extend sick leave for no more than 24 days.
