Perform daily exercise on the concentration of look. In the centre of a white sheet of paper, draw a dark circle of diameter 2 cm Attach this sheet to the wall so that the dark circle was on the level of your eyes. Stand back at a distance of 1.5-2 meters. Still look at the black dot. Start with one minute, then the time of concentration of sight increase. The longer you do it, the better (but not more than 15 minutes).

Once you have mastered the previous exercise, complicate the task itself. Step away from the sheet in the direction of 1.5 meters. View in front of him. Now, without turning his head, look at a dark point within 2 minutes. After a long pause, repeat 4 - 5 times. Still looking at the circle, walk around the room. Don't take your eyes off the points as I can for a long time, but, again, no longer than 15 minutes.

Do exercise with several similar sheets. Attach a few sheets on the wall. Standing in front, quickly move your gaze from one dark circle to another: zigzags, circles, waves along or across.

Once you have learned to concentrate the mind, continue to exercise with a mirror. Sit in front of a mirror. Will have a look at your reflection, or rather on his nose. That would make it easier to concentrate, at first, draw on the nose dark dot. Start this exercise with 2-3 minutes, as you development, increase the time to 15 minutes.

Next, try your hypnotic stare on people. Put your friend in front of himself. See to it the Central eye (what you looking at your reflection). In your opinion should reflect the will and the power, and the person must maintain natural expression.

If you will regularly perform these exercises, one can only hypnotic eyes to stop not only people but also animals, for example – the angry dog. Hypnotize people, but not manipulate them.
