Instruction
1
Silicone mold wash immediately after they have cooled. Drop onto a soft sponge-purpose liquid detergent and process for each mold on the outside and inside. For convenience, it can turn out. Thoroughly rinse the edges, recesses and corners – but poorly washed form can appear in the mold. Rinse tank, wipe, flip upside down and place on a clean towel. Put them away after drying.
2
If you were making jelly, pies with fish or other dishes with a pungent odor, soak the cleaned shape in a weak solution of vinegar. It will remove unwanted flavors and will not damage the silicone. After half an hour namely take shape and thoroughly rinse them in cold water.
3
Finding a spot on a new form or a silicone baking Mat, try to remember where it might appear. You baked cupcakes with blueberry or cherry pie? Berry juice may stain light silicone. To get rid of such spots is hard – pigments penetrate into the porous structure. However, over time the stain will fade. Baking berry pies get the form of dark colouring – it stains will not be noticeable.
4
Sometimes to the edges of the shapes stuck a drop of sauce, dough or fat. Not to clean it, wipe the edges before you put the form in the oven. If the trouble occurred, try to remove the stains with a cloth dipped in dry baking soda. This is a natural, soft abrasive that will not damage the silicone. Brushing the molds, rinse them and put out to dry.
5
Do not try to scrape the stains with a knife or wire sponge – you may damage the soft material. Silicone does not tolerate harsh abrasive toothpastes and aggressive cleaning agents containing lye. Do not try to process forms with liquids for cleaning ovens – they not only spoil the dish, but can cause severe poisoning.
