In a separate pot, bring the milk almost to a boil but do not boil. It is possible to use the microwave. Depending on the power needed 1-1,5 minutes.

In Turku pour coffee and spices on the tip of a knife. Spices you can use either all three or two in any combination: cinnamon and cardamom, cinnamon and ginger, cardamom, and ginger. Turku to warm up over a hot stove (in any case not on the stove!), preventing the smell of burnt coffee.

Pour in Turku hot milk and stir. To put Turku on the stove. In the process of brewing coffee can not be mixed from the top to form a dense foam that clogs the neck of the Turks, and prevents the evaporation of aromatic substances contained in coffee. Note
Turku for cooking is better to choose copper or ceramic. You shouldn't use aluminum cookware - coffee will acquire an unpleasant taste.
