"Nurofen is also antipyretic and anti-inflammatory drug. The therapeutic effect of the medication occurs in 2-3 hours and is valid for 5-6 hours. This drug can be used in I and II trimesters of pregnancy if benefit from taking outweighs the risk for fetal development, but in the third trimester is strictly contraindicated to take Nurofen because it can cause uterine contractions, bleeding, and to induce premature labour.

"Panadol is an effective analgesic-antipyretic, containing paracetamol. It has excellent analgesic and antipyretic activity. It is not recommended to take this drug to women suffering from allergies as it may trigger allergic reactions. You also cannot take "Panadol" for complex diseases of the kidney or liver.

"Ibuprofen" is a safe analgesic drug with antipyretic and moderate anti-inflammatory activity, which can be with care taken in the I and II trimesters of pregnancy. In the third trimester, taking Ibuprofen is contraindicated, as it may cause low levels of amniotic fluid, as well as to delay or prolong labor.
