In vitro fertilization is a Union of egg and sperm in a test tube, then implanted into the uterus of a female patient with infertility or surrogate mother. For the regulation of the maturation process of the follicle subcutaneously or intramuscularly applied "Puregon" and "Menopur" and to complete maturation of eggs prescribed "Prophase" and "Pregna". The preparations of the "main" and "cough medicine", is used to prepare the uterine lining for embryo transfer and apply after fertilization up to twelve-fourteen weeks of gestation when the formation of the placenta, which starts to produce its own necessary hormones (progesterone).
