When the worker is not at work or late for a certain amount of time, draw up an act about this fact. Document write in free form, specify the compile and date. Enter the surname, name, patronymic of the employee who is absent from work, his job. Sign the act of two or three witnesses who can confirm the absence of this skill in the workplace. Enter surname, initials of the persons signing the document, the names of their posts. The sheet of accounting of working time, opposite the name of the employee who is absent from work or late, enter the combination of letters "NN".

Wait for the attendance of the employee. Ask him writing an explanatory note indicating the reason for absence. If the reason is justifiable and documented, the report card cross out the "NN" and put on leave without pay. If the reason for the absence or tardiness will not be valid, in the table, select "PR", which stands for unauthorized absence.

If the employee did not show up for work, absenteeism will be fired. Send to the address of his place of residence a notice and request to explain the reason for the absence. If your letter was left unanswered, you unilaterally have the right to fire him. Make a order of dismissal for absenteeism, and refer to the Labor Code. Indicate the absence of the employee in the workplace, the period of absence, surname, name, patronymic of the employee, his position, the personnel number.
