- if there are less than 8 but more than 2 hours – the full cost of the ticketand half the cost of the reserved place;
- if there are less than 2 hours before departure / transfer at least 12 hours of departure – full price ticket.

In international traffic, provided the following rules:

less than 24 hours but more than 6 hours before departure of the trainand returned the entire cost of the ticketand half the cost of the reserved place;
