When filtering is enabled, enter the default in the right side of the taskbar displays the icon for this mode (in timer). To cancel filtering entry , click the services icon twice with the left mouse button. You will see a window with settings for accessibility, which houses three units: the "Sticky keys", "Filter input" and "toggle". When the filtering mode entry in the second block ("Filter input") has to be checked. To disable this feature, remove this tick by clicking on it once with the left mouse button. After that, click "OK" and the filter mode will be disabled.

If the filtering mode input enabled, but its icon on the taskbar, you can use a different method to disable filtering.
To begin, press and hold right Shift for eight seconds. This will open a window containing General information filtering input. In this window, click "Options". Opens the accessibility options which uncheck, standing in front of the line "Filter input". Then click "OK". Filtering the input will be disabled.

Useful advice
If the above methods disable filter keys does not help, then the system has failed. In this case, save your data, exit the running programs and restart the computer.
