You will need
    • Fresh mushrooms – 0,5 kg,
    • Onion medium – 1 piece,
    • Cream or sour cream – 0.5 cups,
    • Butter – 20 g,
    • Cheese varieties – 100 g,
    • Fresh dill
    • salt.
Mushrooms wash and sort, cut away the part of the legs, which was in the land. They are not cut very finely and toss for 5-10 minutes in a pot of boiling salted water. Drain mushrooms in a colander and let drain well.
Preheat the pan, melt it butter. Finely chop the onion, place in a frying pan and, stirring constantly, fry until Golden brown.
Put the mushrooms together with the onion and continue to fry everything for 10 more minutes, not forgetting to stir. Then pour in a pan put cream or sour cream,stir, reduce heat and cook under cover for another 5 minutes. If necessary – dosolit mushrooms.
Cheese grate on a coarse grater, dill, literally 2-3 sprigs, finely chop. Pour all into the pan, stir, cover and let stand another 5 minutes. Then, spoon the mushrooms on plates and bring to the table.
